these terms of service may be used by others as a reference, base or in its' entirety for others writing their own terms.

  • anthro designs

  • gore/body horror

  • simple backgrounds*

  • ships/couples

  • monsters

  • all body types (fat, muscular, lean, etc.)

  • suggestive themes for characters 18+

  • custom designs (there will be a surcharge for a custom design)

*backgrounds will add a surcharge

⛔ won't do

  • Underage or celebrity nsfw

  • Political commentary and/or hate art

  • toilet fetishes

  • beastiality

  • body inflation (including muscle and fat inflation)

  • nonconsensual adult content - I only draw willing, adult participants. (dubious consent is accepted.)

  • Art may take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to complete. This time may vary, depending on the complexity of the commission and my work queue.

  • You may post and use your commission for any non-profit purposes as long as credit is given. Please do not post un-watermarked versions online.

  • DO NOT RUN ANY CONTENT I MAKE THROUGH AN AI GENERATOR. I DO NOT CONDONE HAVING MY WORK USED FOR AI OR NFT CONTENT.

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to commission any form of NSFW content.

  • You may ask for a work-in-progress at any time. I'm happy to oblige!

  • Please have a reference and/or general idea/description ready for your commission. Custom designs will cost extra and require a detailed description.

  • Full payment must be made for any commission under 60 USD. I accept half-payment upfront and half-payment upon completion for commissions above 60 USD. Payment must be paid in full after the sketch phase of the commission has been approved by the client, otherwise I will not continue the commission. Full refunds will not be issued under these circumstances.

  • Any sketches rejected from the commissioner may be recycled for later use. It is not the commissioner's to keep unless stated otherwise or if purchased.

  • Please tell me at the start of your commission if you do not want me to post the commission on my social media until after a certain date (ex: the commission is intended as a surprise gift.) I do not currently offer commissions that are permanently private (i.e. commissions that will never be shared on any social media.)

  • I have the right to decline your commission at any time and for any reason.

  • Requested changes can only be done when I’ve shown you the sketch/thumbnail for approval. After the sketch is approved, any future changes will add a surcharge. For sketch commissions, I accept revisions in the thumbnail stage.

  • Commission prices listed here are intended for personal use only.

  • I retain copyright to the image. You may not re-sell the artwork, alter it or have others alter it without my permission.

  • I do not accept full refunds after the approved sketch.

  • I have the right to cancel your commission (refund will be given.) Full refunds will only be given if I haven’t started the commission yet or have chosen not to continue due to personal reasons.

  • Detailed/Complex characters may increase the commission price.

  • Clients/commissioners do NOT have permission to mint/sell commissions for NFTs.

  • There is a limit of 2 major edits permitted per sketch commission. Any further alterations will add a surcharge to the overall commission price. (This is intended for edits that were not originally included in the description supplied in the commission form.)

payment

  • prices are in usd

  • payments are accepted through paypal, venmo and ko-fi

  • commissions require 50% downpayment upfront. the remaining 50% is due upon completion

  • no refunds available after i've completed the commission

  • you may recieve a partial refund in proportion to the progress done on the commission til that point

  • Prices listed are a baseline and can fluctuate above the list price based on complexity

usage

all commissions, excluding pngtuber models, are intended for PERSONAL USE ONLY. the client may request additional usage rights for the commissioned work during the ordering process. i consider the following as commercial use:

  • reproduction of work with the intent of profit, whether privately or publicly

fees incurred by commercial usage rights are broken into the following tiers:

  • 25% surcharge for social media promotional material for sites such as twitch, twitter, youtube, etc. (ex. overlays, thumbnails and other directly monetized content)

  • 100% surcharge for reproduction, selling, merch/use in merchandise for sale. (ex. prints, apparel designs, charms or keychain designs)

this fee is subject to increase depending on the scope of the project, such as applying to groups, businesses and/or corporationsclients may request any/all progress on their project be kept private during the ordering process. this means i will not work on this commission during livestreams, post wips on social media, or post completed versions of the project until the agreed upon date.

  • privacy fee is +20% of the total price for the commission
